MOBILE PATROLS

When it comes to mobile patrols and alarm response, speed (timely response), surprise (element of surprise) and actions (decisions) of the patrol officer are key to achieving best outcomes.
Our Mobile Patrol Officers (MPO’s) are very observant, methodical and ‘risk mitigation’ underpins there every decision and action.

Highly trained and exceptionally skilled to deal with the most difficult and hostile situations. They’re equipped with the necessary tools and technologies to ensure optimum performance ever time.

While their primary focus is patrolling and inspecting clients’ site as per site specifications, their secondary role is to provide Emergency & Alarm Response if and when required. This also means to support the rest of our security operatives i.e crowd controllers and static guards working across Victoria.

MOBILE PATROL REPORTING

We provide detailed reports of inspections conducted. These inspections are date and time stamped and indicate the specific inspection point and in some cases record one of many environmental outcomes that are predetermined.

The  UniGuard  patrol management system tracks and verifies the Patrol Officer movements throughout his working hours and reports on inspections conducted on specific checkpoints throughout the site. This also ensure accurate invoicing.

OUR MOBILE PATROL OFFICERS

All our mobile patrol officers are highly trained, experienced and exceptionally skilled to perform patrol & alarm response duties as per your instructions.
They’re qualified and licensed by Victoria Police – Licensing & Regulations Division to carry a firearm, baton and handcuffs.
All our armed security guards are required to maintain  membership with an IPSC Shooting Club to ensure adequate practice, continuous improvement and firearm safety.
They’re extremely well communicators and negotiators with excellent English, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Since many of our clients are property developers and builders, all our security operatives have a valid white card and Level 2 First Aid.

In 2019-2020 , 98% of scheduled patrols were  met.  This means, our patrol teams were unable to make 2 out of 100 scheduled site inspections and we attribute this to the  comfortable number of site allocations per patrol unit, per shift, covering a realistic and time sensitive distance.

INTRODUCING
DRONE SECURITY
EYES IN THE SKY
DRONES are the way of the future!
Crownland Security has introduced DRONE SURVEILLANCE  and DRONE SECURITY for  two distinct purposes.
1. Ensure the safety of our mobile patrol officers in response to high risk – verified video alarm activation.
2. Ensure maximum coverage of clients premises, machinery, crop and optimal surveillance , building and areas deemed too unsafe or too difficult to reach.
By 2021 all our mobile patrol units will be trained, licensed and armed with a new weapon in the fight against crime – DRONES
They will be able to patrol:
  1. large areas  such as in agriculture, mining, solar farms,  ports and mega warehouses with maximum safety and accuracy.
  2. large factories and warehouses that would normally take longer than 30 minutes on foot
  3. buildings deemed unsafe due to Asbestos and other environmental and structural dangers
Our mobile patrol units will be able to respond to alarm activation where intruders have been visually identified by our Videofied Motion Detection System  and respond to the alarm ensuring effective OH&S and the provision of security.
Alternatively, we can provide a drones pre programmed for specific missions and routes specific to your site.
